FAQ

The Office & Studio will be Closed Monday, July 3rd - Tuesday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day holiday

Can you tell me an average of what my closet will cost at the consultation?

Since your closet is completely unique and built customary to your walls, needs and interest, it would not be possible to provide you with an "average price" until we have created your design. There are a number of factors to consider when designing such as color options, decorative door and drawer fronts, accessories, the amount of material and amount of space we are working with. Being locally owned and not a franchise, we are confident we can provide affordable options to fit your budget. However, we do have a minimum of $2,000.00 on your project before we can send out our install team.

How long does the consultation take?

Depending on the number of closet projects you want us to take a look at, typically the consultation ranges from 30 minutes to an hour. We don't believe in pressure sales, so we do not design on the spot. Our goal for the consultation is to introduce you to your personal designer, understand your inspiration, needs and desires and to capture the outline of the room by measuring all walls and surfaces, while sharing our initial vision and suggestions with you. Closets can be very personal spaces, so it's our main goal to leave you feeling comfortable, excited for your design and confident you are in good hands!

How long does the installation process take?

The installation time will always vary depending on a number of factors...the number of projects, the size of the rooms, the location and even unforeseen circumstances such as the weather. Our experienced and professional installers work diligently and efficiently to complete your project as quickly as possible. We understand the feeling of chaos with all your personal belongings removed from the spaces but we promise, the finished product will be so worth it! Your designer will be able to give you a better understanding of time once they have accessed your project.

Do you use subcontractors for installation?

No way! The installation is the most important part and we understand that. Our team of experienced installers are our employees. Each of our talented installers come with a minimum of 5+ years installing custom organizational solutions from custom closets, custom built-ins, kitchens, bathrooms, garages and more. We know who we are sending into your home each and every time.

We are building a new home, can we get a design and quote now or do we have to wait till it is complete?

Yes, we can help you now. The sooner, the better! With a minimal floor plan, one of our designers can work with you virtually to put together a proposed design and quote to help you plan ahead. Once your drywall is up, you will be ready for an on-site consultation to gather your final measurements and coordinate with your builder to avoid having the wire racking installed on newly painted walls.

How long does the design process take?

After the initial consultation, we strive to provide our customers with a 3D design and quote within the following 2 to 3 business days. Once you have received the designs, we offer 2 complementary rounds of changes where we work together one on one discussing the details of each project and determining the next steps to moving forward and securing your installation date on our calendar.

Do you remove the wire racks and paint?

We will remove the standard wire racking and apply one coat of spackle at no additional cost but we do NOT paint. We strongly encourage customers that want fresh clean painted walls without the spackled holes to have the wire racks removed and painting completed before the closet systems are installed.
